The purpose of this blog is to be a place where I can organize menu ideas and recipes. It is my "go to" when I'm planning my menu for the week.
My recipes tend to be simple and quick. I don't use a lot of spices or fancy ingredients (the easier the better!) but I also want food that tastes good. All recipes on this site have been tried and tested by my family and have received the stamp of approval.
